RUN ZQN is an all inclusive adults running community based in Queenstown, New Zealand.
We are dedicated to celebrating our vibrant local running scene and bringing people together through weekly runs to enjoy our spectacular local trails.

HIIT & RUn Intervals

What: HIIT & Run Intervals is our weekly interval session from The Mill. Each week brings a new workout with two options to suit all paces and experience levels. Starting with a guided warm up, interval efforts with plenty of recovery. Fun, inclusive, and a great way to build fitness.

When: Tuesday 6pm Weekly

Distance: 6-10km

Thursday Trails

What: Thursday Trails is our weekly trail run on the beautiful Arrowtown tracks. Each week we explore a different route to keep things fresh and fun. We stop often to regroup so no one gets left behind. All paces are welcome, it’s all about enjoying the trails together.

When: Thursday 6pm Summer / 5:30pm Winter

Distance: 8-12km

Where: The Fork & Tap > 51 Buckingham Street, Arrowtown 9302

sunday Long Run

What: Sunday Long Run is our weekly easy-paced group run. We rotate the starting location (as below) to explore and make the most of our amazing local trails together. It’s a social run with options for different distances and paces.

When: 9am Every Sunday

Distance: 15-25km

Where:
1st Sunday: Arrowtown, Ferg Butcher
2nd Sunday: Arthurs Point, Gantley’s
3rd Sunday: Jacks Point, Club House
4th Sunday: Frankton, Boat Shed Cafe
